Embroidery Machine Operator

About the role

RushOrderTees is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to join its production team. The role involves operating commercial embroidery equipment to create high‑quality embroidered apparel for customers nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines, loading garments and threading machines.
• Monitor runs for quality and accuracy, inspecting finished products and addressing issues.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and keep the work area organized.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lb.
• Previous embroidery experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.

Required skills

• Operation of commercial embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Barudan, SWF).
• Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Mechanical aptitude for handling equipment.
