Email Automation Specialist

About the role

OuterBox is looking for an experienced Email Automation Specialist to join its fully remote U.S. team. The role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing sophisticated email marketing automation workflows that deliver personalized experiences and drive measurable campaign results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced automation journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including lifecycle campaigns and audience segmentation.
• Develop and maintain dynamic content, data models, and audience attributes for personalized email experiences.
• Monitor workflow performance, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements to maximize effectiveness.
• Build and optimize automations with SQL, AMPscript, and related tools while ensuring compliance with email regulations and data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and AMPscript.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; must be located in the United States.
