Electrician’s Helper

About the role

Dubak Electrical Group, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Electrician’s Helper to join its team. The role offers the chance to grow a career in the electrical trade while working collaboratively in an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist electricians with the installation of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Carry tools and materials and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe job site.
• Perform basic tasks such as drilling, cutting, and mounting equipment.
• Support the team in various tasks to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Distribute tools and materials to electricians as needed.
• Perform daily jobsite cleanup and housekeeping.

Required profile

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Basic knowledge of tools and tool handling.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• High regard for personal safety and the safety of others.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Respectful behavior toward co‑workers, clients, and vendors.
• Availability for overtime and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
