Electrical Foreman

About the role

Dubak Electrical is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead on‑site construction projects. The foreman will manage field personnel, ensure projects meet schedule, budget and quality standards, and uphold safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a crew of up to ten journeymen and three apprentices, planning layout, installing and repairing wiring, fixtures, and control equipment.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors and internal support teams to keep the project on track.
• Conduct daily safety huddles, enforce OSHA and company safety standards, and resolve personnel or construction conflicts.
• Review project documents, plans and specifications to direct construction activities and ensure compliance with electrical codes.
• Maintain positive client relationships and provide technical assistance on drawings, routing and equipment selection.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Foreman (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and short‑term travel as needed.
• Strong commitment to personal and team safety, with experience conducting safety briefings.

Required skills

• Conduit and cable‑tray installation, including measuring, cutting, bending and threading.
• Control panel and distribution apparatus installation (switches, relays, circuit‑breaker panels).
• Electrical grounding, transformer connections, over‑current protection and motor wiring.
• Wire splicing, stripping, soldering and use of terminal caps or tape.
• Circuit testing with digital multimeters, circuit tracers and toners.
• Working safely at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts or catwalks.
