Electrical Superintendent – Commercial & Industrial Projects

About the role

The Electrical Superintendent will lead commercial and industrial electrical construction projects across North Carolina, providing on‑site leadership, supervising crews, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on commercial electrical projects.
• Supervise foremen, electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and NEC standards.
• Review drawings and specifications to maintain quality and productivity.
• Partner with Project Managers to resolve field issues and keep schedules on track.
• Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partners.

Required profile

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout North Carolina.
