Electrical Project Manager (Greater Indianapolis area)

About the role

Dubak Electrical Group LLC is expanding and seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and estimate electrical construction projects in the heavy commercial and light industrial sector throughout the Greater Indianapolis area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and estimate electrical construction projects ranging from $10,000 to $4.5 MM.
• Create and pursue new bidding opportunities and develop full‑cycle job estimates.
• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close awarded projects in coordination with other departments.
• Provide overall direction for industrial electrical construction and maintenance activities.
• Develop new business opportunities for specific clients, market sectors, or geographic areas.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including technical writing for proposals and scope documents.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
