Electrical Panel Assembler II

About the role

The Electrical Panel Assembler II assembles, wires, and installs electrical control panels and sub‑assemblies for industrial equipment. The role requires reading schematics and drawings while working with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and sub‑assemblies.
• Perform point‑to‑point wiring using schematics and wire run lists.
• Install components into enclosures and integrate power supplies, chassis, and cables.
• Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials, and electrical drawings.
• Use hand and power tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, torque wrenches, and screwdrivers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
• Support new product builds and assist in knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of electrical assembly or panel wiring experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Required skills

• Reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (crimpers, wire strippers, torque wrenches, screwdrivers).
• Experience using assembly equipment for panel integration.
