Electrical Installation Supervisor

About the role

Dematic is looking for an experienced Electrical Installation Supervisor to ensure high‑quality installation of electromechanical equipment on customer sites across the continental USA. The role involves extensive travel and on‑site safety oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain installation quality, manage manufacturing and subcontractor quality on project sites.
• Perform safety audits, conduct equipment trial runs, and ensure compliance with Dematic standards.
• Provide on‑site reporting on schedule and resources to project managers or customers.
• Assist in training contract labor and subcontractors on installation procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum ten years of experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift at least 50 lb.

Required skills

• Troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyor systems (preferred).
• Quality assurance procedures.
• Proficiency with personal computers, hardware setup, and software configuration.
