About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Baton Rouge, LA. This hybrid position blends on‑site collaboration with remote work, allowing you to support schools, community organizations, and educational centers while representing the Kelly brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by building relationships with clients, community outreach groups, and educational institutions.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for the assigned region.
• Attend scheduled job fairs and recruiting events to attract talent.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Valid United States driver’s license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 % locally for hiring and recruiting activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
