Education Account Manager – Norwalk, CT

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Account Manager to serve as the primary partner for schools and educational institutions in Norwalk, CT. You will build strong relationships, understand staffing needs, and deliver high‑quality recruitment services that help clients succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day contact for assigned education clients, fostering trust and understanding of their workforce requirements.
• Design and execute local recruiting strategies, leveraging community outreach, events, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Guide new talent through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from offer to assignment.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including performance coaching, attendance, engagement, feedback and retention initiatives.
• Oversee daily delivery of staffing services, monitoring fulfillment, employee performance, client satisfaction and overall account health.
• Respond promptly to client and employee concerns, resolve issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders when escalation is needed.
• Track staffing activity, workforce trends and performance metrics to identify challenges and improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing business and introduce additional Kelly Education solutions.
