Early Childhood Development Specialist – Warren

About the role

The Early Childhood Development Specialist will support the Warren program within the Department of Pediatrics at UAMS, focusing on the development and implementation of early childhood initiatives that enhance patient and family outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate early childhood development programs for pediatric patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to integrate developmental support into patient care.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in early childhood development.
• Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in early childhood education, developmental psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with young children in a clinical or educational setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
