Dual Enrollment and Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Dual Enrollment and Recruitment Coordinator supports Savannah Technical College’s Liberty Campus by driving recruitment, enrollment, advising, and retention of dual‑enrollment students. Acting as the primary liaison between the college, local high schools, families, and community partners, the coordinator promotes educational pathways and ensures compliance with state regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, represent the college at high‑school visits, fairs, and community events, and manage outreach communications.
• Advise students on course selection, academic planning, and program requirements while monitoring registration, progress, and completion.
• Coordinate daily program operations, maintain partnerships with high‑school counselors, verify eligibility and funding, and prepare enrollment and retention reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in admissions, recruitment, advising, or enrollment management.
• Strong interpersonal, public‑speaking, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with student information systems and CRM platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Dual Enrollment policies, FERPA, and academic records management.
