About the role

The Drywall Superintendent will lead field employees and collaborate with the entire project team to ensure each job is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage commercial construction jobs and coordinate jobsite logistics.
  • Ensure safety standards are met and work with safety personnel.
  • Create and update construction schedules while maintaining quality and production.
  • Develop employees by managing foremen and fostering strong relationships with general contractors and clients.

Required profile

  • 5‑10 years of commercial drywall experience as a Superintendent.
  • Ability to instruct labor and project teams on methods and materials.
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and work ethic.

Required skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using project management software.
  • Experience with time management software.
