About the role
CASEY Construction Group, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as General Laborers. The role involves performing manual labor tasks and supporting operations on construction sites across the DC, Raleigh, and Richmond regions. Candidates will work under the direction of supervisors to keep job sites safe, clean, and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Collect trash, debris, and other waste to maintain a clean and safe site.
- Assist Drywall Mechanics/Finishers and Floor Leveling Technicians on‑site.
- Handle and transport materials and equipment as needed.
- Follow supervisors' instructions to perform various manual labor tasks.
- Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Construction experience is preferred, but motivated and reliable individuals will be trained.
- Ability to work while wearing required personal protection equipment (PPE).
