Docebo Manager – HR Technology Transformation

About the role

Deloitte's Human Capital practice is seeking a Docebo Manager to lead client engagements that transform HR and Learning & Development practices. The role involves overseeing implementations, upgrades, and delivering strategic outcomes for workforce efficiency and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Docebo engagements, including new implementations and system upgrade migrations, managing scope, budget, resources, timelines, and risk.
• Coach and develop analysts, consultants, and senior consultants, providing performance feedback and career guidance.
• Serve as primary client relationship lead, partnering with senior HR, L&D, and IT stakeholders.
• Design and execute Docebo LMS and Skills solutions through workshops, design sessions, stakeholder reviews, and configuration decisions.
• Establish delivery standards, templates, and quality checkpoints to ensure consistent execution.
• Identify and escalate project risks, staffing gaps, and scope changes while contributing to proposals and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years implementing Docebo or comparable enterprise LMS/LXP/Skills platforms.
• 2+ years managing client relationships with director‑level stakeholders.
• 1+ years program management overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams across HR, L&D, and IT.
• Ability to travel 0‑50% as required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Docebo Learning Management System implementation.
• Enterprise LMS/LXP platforms such as Workday, Edcast, Saba, Cornerstone, Oracle LMS, SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Absorb.
• Project management, risk management, and stakeholder governance.
• Data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and training delivery.
