About the role
Our client, a boutique hotel in Atlanta, is assembling a 3‑month task‑force of Dishwashers/Porters. The role may convert to a permanent position after the assignment.
Key responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware and utensils, and support the kitchen with food preparation.
- Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily.
- Scrape plates, sort dishes, rinse glassware and load them into the dishwasher.
- Monitor detergent levels, report mechanical defects, and ensure proper storage of cleaned items.
- Attend regular employee meetings to stay current on safety protocols.
Required profile
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
