About the role

Join Oregano's team as a dishwasher and help create a clean, efficient kitchen environment that supports an excellent dining experience for guests. This part‑time position offers competitive pay and a supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities

Operate dishwashing equipment to efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness by sanitizing the dishwashing area, removing trash, and assisting with general upkeep.
Support kitchen operations by helping with food preparation and other tasks as needed.
Follow food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents promptly.

Required profile

Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
Must be at least 16 years old with effective communication skills.
