About the role

Join Oregano's team as a dishwasher and play a vital role in delivering a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your work ensures guests enjoy a fantastic dining experience.

Key responsibilities

Operate dishwashing equipment to efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness by cleaning the dishwashing area, removing trash, and assisting with general upkeep.
Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and other tasks as needed.
Adhere to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents promptly.

Required profile

Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in hot and cold conditions.
Minimum age of 16 years and effective communication skills.
