Director / Senior Manager of Walmart Business

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical, product‑driven leader to own and grow our Walmart business across fashion accessories categories. This senior position partners closely with Walmart buyers, merchants, and internal design and product development teams to drive volume and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the Walmart business across key accessories categories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Walmart buyers, merchants, and PD/design teams.
• Partner with internal design, product development, and planning teams to execute category growth strategies.
• Analyze sales performance, store clusters, assortment opportunities, and customer trends.
• Develop strategic recommendations based on business insights and evolving category opportunities.
• Lead seasonal line reviews, presentations, and assortment strategies aligned with Walmart’s goals.
• Drive alignment between merchandising, product, and operational execution.
• Manage and mentor the internal Walmart‑focused team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience managing Walmart business within fashion accessories, handbags, jewelry, or related categories.
• Strong understanding of Walmart merchandising strategy, customer trends, and retail landscape.
• Proven analytical skill set with experience leveraging sales analysis, store clusters, and planning tools.
• Excellent product sense and ability to collaborate with merchants, designers, and product development teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment while balancing strategy and execution.
