About the role

The Director of Procurement leads Bagel Brands’ enterprise procurement and strategic sourcing functions across all its breakfast brands. This senior leader ensures a reliable, cost‑effective, and high‑quality supply chain that supports growth and delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple spend categories.
• Own category management and supplier relationship strategies to optimize cost, quality, service, and continuity.
• Conduct complex supplier negotiations, including pricing, co‑development, IP protection, and strategic contracts.
• Monitor commodity markets, inflation trends, and supply‑chain risks; develop mitigation and cost‑management plans.
• Develop forecasting models, cost analyses, and reporting on commodity pricing and Cost of Goods performance.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining product quality and operational consistency.
• Oversee RFP/RFQ processes, perform data analysis, evaluate suppliers, and present strategic recommendations to executives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within a multi‑brand, multi‑region environment.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with Distribution, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Marketing, Culinary, Finance, and Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and long‑term business value.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at the executive level.

What we offer

• Base salary $150,000‑$180,000 per year.
• Annual bonus target of 20%.
• Long‑term incentive of $30,000.
