Warehouse Associate III – 2nd Shift

About the role

Join Bosch Power Tools' West Memphis distribution hub as a Warehouse Associate III on the 2nd shift. You will play a key part in inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations, ensuring smooth material flow and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as turret and man‑up trucks to pick, transport, and put away parts.
• Verify material integrity, quantities, and part numbers against documentation.
• Prepare and stage materials for subsequent processing steps.
• Pack customer orders accurately, apply correct labels, and confirm part identity.
• Train teammates on warehouse processes and safe PIT operation using documented Workplace Instructions.
• Use hand‑powered handling equipment, semi‑automated/automated packaging machines, scales, and postage meters.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong focus on safety and adherence to site safety policies.
• Ability to work independently on a 2nd‑shift schedule.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Effective communication skills for training and mentorship.
