Director of Quality – Multi‑Division Organization

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Quality to lead quality strategy and execution across three diverse divisions. This high‑visibility position partners closely with senior leadership to shape quality programs, mentor talent, and align initiatives with long‑term growth goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified quality strategy that supports long‑term growth.
• Lead, mentor, and grow quality teams across three business divisions.
• Drive supplier development initiatives and improve supplier performance.
• Manage internal and external corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies to monitor processes.
• Standardize quality systems, processes, and metrics.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects using data‑driven methods.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and executive teams.
• Champion a culture of accountability and customer‑focused excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Metal manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive quality and leadership experience.
• 5+ years of management experience driving organizational change.
• Proven success leading multi‑site or multi‑division quality programs.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, continuous‑improvement tools, and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborative leadership style grounded in respect, transparency, and trust.
