About the role

Exceptional care starts with exceptional people. This full‑time position oversees patient care delivery 24/7 in an advanced medical and surgical specialty unit, directing clinical nursing practice, fiscal, material and human‑resource management, and ensuring safety and well‑being of all patients.

Key responsibilities

Provide effective leadership and supervision for the assigned nursing department(s).
Conduct financial and resource management, including budgeting and material oversight.
Participate in professional growth activities and development of staff.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a BSN; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years RN experience, including at least 2 years as a charge nurse, supervisor or manager.
Current RN license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong knowledge of nursing practice, leadership, organization and time‑management skills.
