Director of Multi-Site Clinic Operations (Chiropractic)

About the role

This is a hands‑on, field‑based leadership position overseeing multiple chiropractic and outpatient care clinics in the Phoenix area. Reporting directly to the Owner/CEO, you will act as the operational bridge between executive leadership, clinic managers, providers, and front‑line teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operations across Phoenix, Tempe, and Gilbert clinic locations.
• Develop, refine, and enforce an operating playbook, SOPs, management cadence, dashboards, and accountability routines.
• Identify gaps between high‑performing and underperforming sites and implement practical fixes.
• Standardize expectations while preserving the patient‑centered culture of top clinics.
• Coach and develop clinic managers and front‑line leaders, ensuring performance accountability.
• Participate in hiring, staff development, and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑site healthcare operations, preferably in chiropractic or outpatient settings.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Visible, hands‑on leadership style; comfortable moving between strategic design and practical execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with providers and staff.
