Director of International & Graduate Admissions

About the role

The Director of International & Graduate Admissions leads recruitment, application, and yield strategies for the School of Law’s non‑JD graduate programs (LL.M. and MLS). Reporting to the Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives, the role shapes marketing, partnership, and program development efforts to increase applicants, admits, and matriculants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment, application, and admissions process for LL.M. and MLS programs, including data tracking, scholarship decisions, and communication with candidates.
• Develop and execute international and domestic recruitment strategies, travel to key markets, and support JD program admissions as needed.
• Create and maintain print and web marketing materials, oversee online advertising, and manage communication streams for prospective, admitted, and enrolled students.
• Support senior leadership in evaluating market opportunities, cultivating international partnerships, and reporting enrollment performance.
• Oversee the marketing budget for graduate programs and manage third‑party recruitment partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (JD or related law degree preferred) with experience in student recruitment, admissions, and academic program marketing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work with a diverse international constituency.
• Proficiency in data management, word processing, and social‑media marketing tools.
