Director of Human Resources

About the role

White Lodging is seeking a Director of Human Resources to shape the people strategy for its award‑winning hotels, rooftop bars and restaurants. You will partner with senior leaders to create an environment where associates thrive and the business achieves its goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, selection and onboarding of qualified talent.
• Foster an inclusive workplace, manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Implement performance‑management systems, provide feedback and identify development opportunities.
• Maintain competitive compensation structures through regular market analysis.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance associate skills.
• Track HR metrics, evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of HR professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM‑SCP, SPHR).
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated competencies in service reputation, results orientation, talent development, execution and planning.
