Director of Facilities – Luxury Hotel, Westchester

About the role

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Director of Facilities to lead both Housekeeping and Engineering operations at its flagship luxury hotel in Westchester County, NY. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management to ensure the property consistently delivers the high standards expected by discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day‑to‑day leadership for the Housekeeping and Engineering departments.
• Maintain guest rooms, public areas, back‑of‑house spaces, mechanical systems and exterior areas to luxury‑brand standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections, identify issues promptly, and oversee corrective actions.
• Develop and manage preventive‑maintenance programs to protect physical assets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of accountability.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs and drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Executive Team to support overall hotel performance.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in both Housekeeping and Engineering within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong financial acumen and operational judgment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to inspire teams and uphold high standards of service, quality and safety.
