About the role

Join Chipotle as a Crew Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food in a fast‑casual environment. You’ll receive comprehensive training to work at any station—grill, cashier, prep, salsa, or expo—while providing friendly, high‑quality service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items by hand.
• Operate point‑of‑sale systems and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the location.
