Director of Data Analytics – Finance, Marketing & Product

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Data Analytics to lead financial, marketing and product analytics for our e‑commerce and subscription brands. The role combines revenue reconciliation, campaign performance analysis and product usage insights to drive data‑informed decisions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Support recurring financial reporting, revenue reconciliations and budget‑vs‑actual analysis in partnership with Finance and Accounting.
• Validate and reconcile data across billing, payments and internal systems to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance, acquisition, conversion and channel ROI, and build recurring reports for the Marketing team.
• Track product usage, engagement and funnel metrics, partnering with Product to surface trends and opportunities.
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal systems.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations for Finance, Marketing and Product stakeholders.
• Interpret data using statistical techniques and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing and Product teams.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
