Director of Commercial Finance

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a Director of Commercial Finance to act as a finance business partner for its commercial organization. Reporting to the Sr Director of Commercial Finance, the role supports Retail, Wholesale and Digital channels, guiding strategic decisions and driving sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted finance partner to Retail, Wholesale, Digital and Store Development teams, providing financial guidance on strategic decisions and trade‑offs.
• Lead annual budget, long‑range planning and CapEx processes for commercial P&L, OpEx and capital projects.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for scenario analysis, new initiatives and expansion planning.
• Drive monthly and quarterly financial planning cycles, including forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Prepare insightful reporting packages and KPI dashboards for senior leadership.
• Champion finance transformation initiatives to improve visibility, automation and analytical capability.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis and business case development for new business models, channel launches and wholesale partnerships.
• Participate in 4‑wall P&L modeling for new store openings and partner with Store Development on performance tracking and portfolio optimization.
