Finance Manager

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization. The role will transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that support decision‑making, optimize resource allocation, and drive growth. You will work closely with leaders in Finance, Operations, Commercial, Retail, Ecommerce, and Corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long‑range financial planning.
• Develop and maintain driver‑based financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate opportunities, risks, and investments.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, refine assumptions, and improve forecasting methodologies.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages, executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and perform budget‑to‑actual variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide executive‑level insights, support board presentations, investor reporting, and strategic business reviews.
• Serve as a trusted financial partner to cross‑functional leaders, delivering ad‑hoc analysis and decision support.
