Director, Business & Brand Enablement (Hybrid)

About the role

The Director, Business & Brand Enablement leads the employee experience function for LexisNexis Risk Solutions, designing onboarding, training and brand engagement programs that inspire staff to become brand ambassadors and drive customer success. This hybrid position works across the U.S. and U.K., leveraging digital and live learning to support an AI‑enabled work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the employee experience team, managing intake, prioritisation, timelines and quality.
• Design and deliver onboarding and enablement programs that boost adoption and performance.
• Create scalable learning assets such as e‑learning modules, micro‑learning, job aids, FAQs and knowledge articles.
• Partner with product and go‑to‑market teams to align training with roadmaps, releases and launch plans.
• Facilitate virtual and in‑person training sessions, coaching facilitators and content owners.
• Develop adoption and change strategies that translate business goals into clear actions and communications.
• Measure effectiveness through surveys, analytics and performance metrics, iterating continuously.
• Stay current on learning technology and digital adoption tools, applying best practices.
• Deliver programs globally, applying localisation where needed.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in training, onboarding, enablement or employee experience, preferably in technology.
• Proven people‑leadership experience with coaching, prioritisation and cross‑functional influence.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult‑learning principles.
• Experience aligning enablement with product roadmaps, release cycles and go‑to‑market plans.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and change‑management practices.
