HR Leadership Partner

About the role

We are seeking an HR Leadership Partner to work closely with senior leaders and drive workforce strategies, organizational change, and employee experience across a global, matrixed environment. The role blends HR expertise, data‑driven insights, and change management to support business performance and talent outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner for senior managers, aligning HR initiatives with business strategies.
• Design and implement HR frameworks covering recruitment, performance, development, succession, compensation, benefits, diversity, onboarding, off‑boarding and retention.
• Provide specialist HR advice on policy, projects and change initiatives.
• Lead projects or workstreams within broader change‑management programs.
• Analyze HR data, test hypotheses and identify root causes of engagement and performance challenges.
• Manage complex employee‑relations matters and coordinate legal responses.
• Develop strategic workforce‑planning analyses and resourcing scenarios.
• Create policies, business plans and HR data‑management solutions that support organizational goals.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering HR leadership and business partnership in complex organizations.
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources to achieve strategic HR objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR data to drive decisions.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, including handling legal cases.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
