Digital Technical Project Manager

About the role

Our Digital Technical Project Managers oversee technical implementations across web, webapp, and mobile projects while acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. This fully remote, client‑facing position ensures projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize consultants, solution architects, business analysts, developers, UX designers, QA and UAT personnel.
• Maintain the requirements‑scope‑quote‑vetting‑dev‑QA‑UAT‑deploy process, track sprints, and keep documentation up to date.
• Communicate project status to clients, collect necessary information promptly, and manage project schedules.
• Set up and manage project management tools such as Jira.
• Monitor project finances, including budgets, burn rate, and target achievement.
• Identify and resolve issues, obstacles, and blockers to maintain team efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years client‑facing experience in web/mobile development.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in complex technical website, webapp, or mobile projects.
• Strong understanding of development processes for technical websites, web‑applications, and mobile apps.
• Proven ability to lead or run a team and stay organized and assertive.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software, especially Jira.
