About the role

The WITHIN team is seeking a Digital Media Buyer Trainee to start in Q3 2026. This full‑time, entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to a wide range of performance‑marketing channels, allowing you to build a solid foundation in digital media buying.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Support the creation and management of paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing.
• Collaborate with programmatic demand‑side platforms to buy display, video, and native inventory.
• Help craft email marketing flows, segment audiences, and run A/B tests.
• Participate in affiliate, SEO, influencer, and retail media initiatives for client portfolios.
• Communicate with clients via email and meetings to align on strategy and performance goals.
