About the role

WITHIN is seeking a Digital Media Buyer Trainee to join its fast‑growing team in New York City. This full‑time, entry‑level position starts in Q2 2026 and offers hands‑on experience across a wide range of digital marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support a diverse portfolio of clients by assisting with campaign setup, monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients via email and meetings to align on strategy and goals.
• Assist in creating and optimizing paid social, paid search, programmatic, email, affiliate, SEO, influencer, and retail media campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects to broaden exposure to the full digital marketing ecosystem.
