About the role

LeadOrigin, a fast‑growing digital marketing agency, is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to help clients maximize lead generation and improve online customer journeys. You will collaborate across teams to provide strategic web design, copy, and performance recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimize social media channels for client brands.
• Provide strategic content and design suggestions to increase quality leads.
• Conduct digital marketing audits across platforms and channels.
• Recommend site‑usability improvements and stay current on ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to implement best practices.
• Deliver against KPI targets through continuous testing and innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
• At least 2 years managing Google Ads campaigns.
• At least 2 years in social media management.
• At least 1 year of SEO experience; agency background preferred.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Proficiency with WordPress, HTML, and other web languages.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on KPI tracking and improvement.
