Digital Identity Senior Manager - Saviynt

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Senior Manager for its Digital Identity team in Dallas (also listed for Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Orlando and Tampa). The role focuses on designing, configuring, integrating and delivering Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud solutions for clients with complex identity governance and access management needs. It combines hands-on Saviynt engineering with client advisory, mentoring and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and advise on identity governance and access management solutions
• Lead hands-on Saviynt engineering: solution configuration, workflow development, connector setup, access request design, certification configuration, rules, jobs and operational troubleshooting
• Mentor teams, review work and support performance development as project work plans are completed
• Build relationships with client personnel and act as an ambassador for Protiviti in the market
• Take part in preparing client proposals and strategies to win new business

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as MIS, computer science, cybersecurity, information technology or a related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management, identity governance, cybersecurity, professional services, consulting or a large enterprise environment
• Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing Saviynt solutions, preferably Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, in complex enterprise or consulting environments
• Direct supervisory experience, including mentoring and coaching teams
• Experience delivering strategic IAM or IGA advisory work, including assessments, strategy, roadmaps and implementation planning

Required skills

• Saviynt configuration across identity lifecycle management, access requests, approval workflows, certifications, policies, roles, user access reviews and provisioning
• Building, configuring and troubleshooting Saviynt connectors and integrations with HR platforms, Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, ERP platforms, cloud applications, ITSM tools and business applications
• Saviynt rules, jobs, analytics, reports, campaigns, entitlement management, RBAC, role mining, access certification and SoD concepts
• Understanding of IAM and IGA operating models, including joiner-mover-leaver processes, access governance and compliance reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
• Helpful: experience with SailPoint, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, Delinea or similar identity technologies

What we offer

• Salary range of $142,000 - $227,000, with a 14% bonus target (total cash range $161,880 - $258,780)
