AI ML Solution Architect & Developer Senior Manager

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Technology Consulting Senior Manager for its growing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) team, based in Dallas with additional locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Houston and Philadelphia. As a Senior Manager you partner with clients to identify and manage risk, develop strategies to solve complex business problems with the latest tools and methods, build lasting client relationships, act as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market, mentor teams and oversee project work plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical and industry discussions and demonstrate AI technologies to internal and external stakeholders
• Build client relationships and contribute to client proposals and strategies to win new business
• Mentor teams, conduct performance appraisals, coach and coordinate across teams
• Integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service and work with a diverse portfolio of clients
• Help prepare client proposals and identify business development opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science
• 7+ years in professional services or industry
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience experimenting with, prototyping, solutioning and deploying generative AI
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience
• Interest in project management, team leadership and client-facing work

Required skills

• End-to-end AI solution development
• Cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud)
• Systems powered by LLMs or generative models
• Programming in Python, R or SQL with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn and LangChain
• Big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
• Security and privacy controls, including data masking, anonymization, encryption, IAM and secure APIs
• Preferred: AWS or Azure Solutions Architect certification

What we offer

• Salary range of $149,000-$239,000, with a 14% bonus target (total cash range $169,860-$272,460)
