Digital Identity Senior Consultant

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Technology Consulting Senior Consultant for its growing Digital Identity team, based in Atlanta (Peachtree Rd) with additional locations in Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Orlando, Philadelphia and Tampa. The role is a hybrid model combining in-person work in local offices and client sites with remote work, and travel to client sites may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, train and coach interns and consultants, helping them complete project work plans
• Identify risks and opportunities to increase efficiency
• Strengthen relationships with client personnel and professional associates
• Under the direction of managers, take responsibility for decisions on project scope and work plans, staffing, deliverables and methodologies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS, computer science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in professional services or industry
• Supervisory experience, including mentoring, oversight and review of work and motivating teams
• Interest in a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries

Required skills

• Identity and access management (IAM) and privileged access management (PAM)
• Preferred: Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk, Entra ID / Azure AD
• Identity governance and administration, including user access lifecycle management
• Role-based access control, including role mining and design
• Directory technologies such as Microsoft Entra AD, LDAP or virtual directories
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

What we offer

• Salary range of $105,000 to $157,000, with a 10% bonus target
