Digital Assets Crypto/Blockchain Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Digital Assets Crypto/Blockchain Senior Associate to help clients design and implement digital‑asset capabilities. You will work across blockchain, tokenization and tokenized money projects, guiding strategy through to production.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on digital‑asset, blockchain, tokenization and tokenized‑money strategies.
• Develop business cases, market‑readiness assessments, operating models and governance frameworks.
• Translate strategic goals into functional, technical, architecture and integration requirements.
• Evaluate technology platforms, vendors and build‑buy‑partner options.
• Support solutions from concept and pilot phases through full implementation and production.
• Collaborate with PwC specialists in regulatory, engineering, banking, payments and operations.
• Build client relationships and deliver actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering digital‑asset, blockchain or fintech engagements in banking, capital markets or asset & wealth management.
• Ability to navigate advisory and technical conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical rigor and effective communication across technical and executive audiences.
