Developer Advocate

About the role

Roboflow is looking for a Developer Advocate to drive awareness and adoption of its computer‑vision tools among developers. You will work with a distributed team to create demos, content, and integrations that help developers build with AI.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Roboflow tools in developer communities and create technical content such as demos, tutorials, and guides.
• Develop integrations, projects, and applications that showcase the platform’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to launch new features and improve the product.
• Engage actively in online communities (HN, Reddit, Discord, GitHub, Roboflow forum) and help grow the ecosystem.

Required profile

• 4+ years of engineering experience and at least 2 years in a Developer Relations or similar role.
• Proven track record of shipping software projects that achieve rapid adoption.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content across written, video, and social media formats.
• Self‑starter who can operate in ambiguous situations, build consensus, and lead cross‑functional initiatives.

Required skills

• Strong software development background enabling rapid prototyping.
• Experience creating technical documentation, guides, and tutorials.
• Comfort with social platforms (X, LinkedIn, Twitch) and community engagement tools.
