Designer – Visual & Editorial Design

About the role

Billboard is looking for a Designer to help shape the next visual era of the brand. Working across editorial, events, and marketing, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Art Director to evolve a cohesive, forward‑thinking visual language.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Creative Director and Art Director to redesign the print magazine and extend the visual system across web, social, and brand touchpoints.
• Design magazine sections, feature packages, and special editorial projects, including FOB/BOB pages.
• Lead the design and production of charts pages, integrating data with visual layouts.
• Collaborate on marketing and event design, creating invitations, environmental graphics, and on‑site visual systems.
• Serve as the primary contact for social and digital design, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Art‑direct and commission illustrators for print and digital stories.

Required profile

• Strong engagement with editorial design and a passion for innovative brand expression.
• Ability to work across multiple platforms, from print to digital and large‑scale events.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable partnering with creative leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Salary range: $75,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience).
