Job Captain - Luxury Residential

About the role

The studio is seeking a Job Captain to lead the technical development and coordination of luxury residential projects. You will translate design intent into fully coordinated construction documents across all project phases, from concept through construction administration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production of construction documentation and ensure design intent is accurately reflected.
• Review site and code analysis, contribute to feasibility studies and early design development.
• Coordinate consultants and manage 3D and presentation outputs for client presentations.
• Oversee detailed drawing production, FF&E and building systems coordination.
• Prepare permit and construction packages, respond to RFIs and submittals.
• Support site visits, punch‑list activities and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Experience working on houses and townhouses with strong understanding of exterior and interior architecture.
• Detail‑oriented designer seeking growth within a design‑focused studio.
• Ability to act as production support to the Project Manager.
