Deployment Strategist - Healthcare

About the role

As a Deployment Strategist focused on healthcare, you will be embedded within enterprise account teams, managing 1‑2 customer relationships and driving the end‑to‑end deployment of Simile’s AI simulation platform. You will become fluent in the product to contribute to technical conversations and help Fortune 500 organizations solve complex, data‑driven problems.

Key responsibilities

• Own your customers – be responsive, detail‑oriented and trusted to get things done.
• Drive deployments – manage enterprise engagements from the first call through full rollout.
• Know the product – master Simile’s simulations, population modeling, evaluations and validations.
• Work cross‑functionally – bridge customer needs with product and modeling teams.
• Shape the business – lead high‑impact projects that influence go‑to‑market strategy and simulation quality.

Required profile

• Thrives in ambiguous, 0‑1 environments – scrappy, resourceful and proactive.
• Reliability – detail‑oriented, accountable and consistent for teammates and customers.
• Customer focus – exceptional communicator who quickly builds trust with senior stakeholders.
• Product fluency – can grasp AI concepts (evaluations, validation, model behavior) and explain them clearly.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Required skills

• Comfort building lightweight tools or automations (scripts, no‑code tools, etc.).
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployments or B2B SaaS.
