Demand Planner – Coffee & Tea

About the role
Starbucks is seeking a Demand Planner to develop tactical and strategic demand plans for its coffee and tea merchandise. You will ensure the right products are in the right locations at the right time, supporting both customer service and financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Create demand plans for the Retail business using demand‑planning tools.
- Report forecast accuracy, identify root causes, and recommend actions to improve accuracy.
- Suggest supply‑chain process improvements that enhance customer service, efficiency, and inventory levels.
- Present weekly and monthly business results to cross‑functional teams.
- Recommend new actions to improve overall business performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply and demand planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to drive closure on issues that prevent supply from meeting demand.
- Clear and concise oral and written communication with internal customers.
- Quickly and effectively communicate changes in demand plans to the supply chain.
