About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Warehouse Shift Lead to join its Cleaning/Janitorial team. This full‑time, permanent position works in a dynamic warehouse environment, ensuring safe and efficient cleaning operations across multiple areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of cleaning staff in a complex, task‑oriented warehouse setting.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams, handling escalations promptly and accurately.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairs, break rooms, and other work areas as needed.
• Follow the supervisor’s task flow diagram and maintain daily operation schedules.
• Give feedback on ongoing activities and implement timely escalation reporting to KBS management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in cleaning or distribution‑center environments.
• Ability to comply with OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift operating instructions.
• Positive, customer‑service‑oriented attitude that can motivate team members.
• Capability to read and interpret safety rules, operation manuals, and chemical‑handling documents (typically in English).
