About the role

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at Amazon, you will work on‑site at a last‑mile delivery warehouse, providing real‑time support to ensure customers receive their packages on time. You will act as the direct link between customers, delivery partners, and warehouse teams, helping resolve issues quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and via email, empathizing with their needs and setting appropriate expectations.
• Resolve delivery issues on the spot, including rescheduling deliveries and informing delivery partners of changes.
• Maintain accurate, concise written responses and uphold Amazon’s values in every interaction.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling up to 49 lb, and standing or walking for up to 12‑hour shifts.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and working with computers.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in Spanish and English (C1 level or above).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Basic web‑based tools and product platforms.
