About the role

As a Deals – Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate, you will support clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings by delivering high‑quality financial due diligence. You will analyse earnings quality, assets, cash flows and other key deal drivers while building strong client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets and cash flows in client transactions.
• Perform financial modelling and forecasting to inform strategic advice.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business context and transaction objectives.
• Uphold professional and technical standards throughout the due‑diligence process.
• Manage deal‑related tasks and contractual agreements to support transaction execution.
• Provide market and industry trend insights to guide client decisions.
• Mentor junior team members on financial due‑diligence methodologies.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields.
