Dealership Technology Success Consultant

About the role

MSX International, a partner to vehicle manufacturers, retailers and mobility organizations for more than 30 years, is looking for a Dealership Technology Success Consultant to join its Dealer Support Team. You will drive the adoption of a new online service reservation platform at your assigned dealers, coaching and training dealership teams so they can use the technology confidently. Training covers the installation process and ongoing post-installation support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training: run engaging, hands-on virtual and in-person sessions that bring dealership teams up to speed.
• Coach and mentor dealership employees with personalized guidance and ongoing support.
• Build trusted relationships with dealership management and align them with their goals.
• Analyze feedback, identify adoption barriers and recommend improvements to optimize technology use.
• Manage your territory, coordinating travel (up to 80%, including overnight stays and flights) and keeping detailed records of visits and expenses.
• Track key performance metrics and celebrate dealer milestones to improve adoption.

Required profile

• Comfortable with technology and able to explain it clearly.
• Inquisitive, outgoing and able to meet new people.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Bonus points

• Experience with automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
• Background in software training or technical enablement.
• Previous customer service or client-facing consulting experience.
